On 12 April 2026, MILLS brought its community-driven initiative to life with the MILLS Running Clinic, held at Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Designed to go beyond the typical group run, this session focused on equipping runners with the fundamentals needed to move better, train smarter, and build confidence on the road.

Led by former Olympic athlete and sprint coach Nazmizan Muhammad, the clinic gathered a diverse group of participants. From beginners taking their first steps into running to casual runners looking to refine their technique. Through a structured yet approachable format, the session emphasised key elements such as running form, posture, stride efficiency, and injury prevention.
With a focus on quality over quantity, the clinic was intentionally kept to a smaller group, allowing for more personalised guidance and real-time feedback. Each participant had the opportunity to better understand their movement, make immediate adjustments, and experience the impact of proper technique firsthand.
Beyond the drills and instruction, the session reflected the essence of MILLS’ approach to community. Creating spaces where runners can learn, connect, and grow together. The energy on the ground was shaped not just by performance, but by shared intent and openness to improve.
The strong response to the MILLS Running Clinic marks the beginning of a broader journey. As the initiative expands to new locations, MILLS remains committed to supporting runners of all levels through accessible, experience-driven engagements that bring both value and community to the forefront.
