MILLS UNVEILS SPRING/SUMMER 2026 METAPLAY UNLOCKED COLLECTION IN KUALA LUMPUR

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – MILLS Malaysia hosted its Spring/Summer 2026 “MetaPlay Unlocked” Trade Fair on November 10, 2025, at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar, gathering dealers, media, and key opinion leaders from Malaysia and Brunei.

The event marked a major milestone for the brand as Universal Sports Sdn. Bhd. was officially appointed as the Sole Distributor of MILLS in Malaysia, strengthening MILLS’s retail and marketing presence in the region.

During the event, MILLS also announced its new partnership as the Official Footwear Partner of Terengganu FC for the 2025–2026 season, reinforcing its commitment to Malaysian football.

Guests were given a first look at the MetaPlay Spring/Summer 2026 collection, which showcased the brand’s latest innovations in sportswear and footwear. The highlight of the day was the unveiling of the Hypercharge R26 running shoe, featuring PBX Turbo+, Carbon ASX, and Hyperlite technologies. Weighing approximately 150 grams, the R26 ranks among the lightest performance running shoes in its class, reflecting MILLS’s dedication to advanced engineering and athlete performance.

Among the attendees were Mr. Tjia Kong Hou, Chief Executive Officer of MILLS; Mr. Stevendy Tjen, Sales & Marketing Director of MILLS; Mr. Tan Peng Koon and Mr. Alan Wong, Directors of Universal Sports; and Mr. Sheikh Farouk Sheikh Mohamed Al-Bajrai, Chief Executive Officer of Terengganu FC.
