Kuching, Sarawak – 22 July 2024: Universal Sports proudly announce the grand opening of new VICTOR Concept Store at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak, marking a major milestone in its expansion across East Malaysia. The celebration was graced by Olympic silver medallist and VICTOR team member Goh Liu Ying, who joined as the guest of honour.
The grand launch began with a vibrant Lion Dance performance, setting an auspicious tone for the event. This was followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by Mr. Tan Peng Koon and Mr. Alan Wong, Directors of Universal Sports Sdn Bhd, alongside Goh Liu Ying.
Badminton fans enjoyed a rare and exciting opportunity to meet Goh Liu Ying during a special meet-and-greet session, where she engaged with attendees in a Q&A, signed autographs, and posed for photos. This interactive session left fans with an unforgettable memory of their badminton icon.
